The LWD of summer

Happy Wednesday guys! The week after a vacation is always the hardest, especially when you spend it looking back at all the photos you took + eagerly awaiting all the wine you ordered (hehehe). I promise to do a full Napa recap on here soon for anyone interested. But for now, a little glimpse at Darioush Winery (seriously those columns + that building are like something out of a Persian Palace) + the ivy covered chateau-like beauty of Clos du Va. If you didn’t know better you could honestly think I was somewhere in the French Countryside sipping some nice Bordeaux. Each place I visit in California is more beautiful than the last with wine country at the top of the list.

For these wineries I (a bit bravely) wore the perfect LWD. This chic little number is linen + so airy and beautiful for summer + the silhouette is so flattering. My only regret is not purchasing the other colors available (I have my eye on that sunflower one)! I could wear this dress everyday. It runs TTS (wearing an xs)  and hits in the middle of my calf (5’4″ for reference) which leaves an ample amount of leg to show off a great pair of espadrilles or fun lace up sandals with it. The buttons and pockets add a bit of interest without taking away from the classic + simple style of the dress. I paired it with the most beautiful cornflower blue espadrilles by Joie + a fantastic woven bag from Ellen and James Etsy shop. It’s almost an exact dupe for a beautiful one by Free People that is no longer available + at a great price compared to many of the cute straw bags I keep lusting after. I’ve linked everything below.

Wishing you a happy, dreamy rest of the week. Happy wine Wednesday šŸ˜‰ xo, Jules
